Buy information

Vat

All prices include VAT. Assist reserves the right to change prices, misprints, products that are out of sale and any factual inaccuracies that may appear on our site or in our advertisements.

Product Warranty

  1. One year warranty.
  2. Warranty is valid from date of purchase and covers defects in material or workmanship.
  3. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents or negligence. Invoice / receipt must be presented when claiming warranty or return policy.

Return policy

Terms apply to:

  1. The product is completely unused and flawless.
  2. Complete original packaging is returned in its entirety and completely undamaged.
  3. An invoice / receipt available and can be presented.
  4. The customer can test the product, but not use it as their own if he/she wishes to cancel the purchase.
  5. Seven days return policy is valid from date of the order to the receipt date of the return package in Assists (however, the client is entitled to up to 7 days to cancel the purchase).


Freight

Confirmation of your order

A confirmation of your order is automatically sent to the email address which you have indicated in your customer details. We recommend that you keep this in the event of further contact with our Customer Service.

Delivery

The normal delivery period is 3-5 days from the day that your order is placed. Should we be temporarily out of stock in regards to the desired product delivery may take longer. You will be notified in this event.

Delivery Charges

  1. Shipping costs to Finland 29.41 €.
  2. On delivery of goods against part payment shipping only the shipping cost will apply.
  3. On delivery of goods paid via invoice a fee of 3.53 € - plus shipping costs will apply.
  4. On delivery of goods paid by credit card only the shipping cost will apply.

Transport damage

All shipments are transport insured. If the package is damaged when received at pick up point a claim should be made directly on site. When returning goods the client is responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation.

Unclaimed items

If the ordered package is not collected, the customer is blocked and cannot place a new order until the return fee has been paid. The return fee is currently 58 € which covers our shipping costs.


Returns

Return policy

As a consumer you have the right, in accordance with the long distance agreement law, to make a return without stating a reason. However, you must notify Customer Service within 14 days after you have received your goods. In order to return the goods these must be unused, undamaged and still be in their original packaging. Return the goods with the invoice or a copy of it! You must pay the cost of the return shipping. On the invoice please state “reason for return” as “return”. The products shall not be sent back as cash on delivery or after claim.

Mail Order Returns

When returning goods for refund or warranty claim, the customer pays the freight for shipment to us (Note: The return must be sent as a prioritized letter to Assist. Make sure to attach invoice copy / receipt. Also state your bank details, including clearing number, “postgiro” number or personal account to ensure a secure transfer.

Reclamations

If a product that is delivered to you is defective or incorrectly delivered to you we will reimburse you with a new product free of charge. However, you must notify Customer Service within 14 days after you have received your goods. Customer Service will send a prepaid return label. To return a product it must be unused and in the condition it was in when you received it. Return the goods with the invoice or a copy of it! On the invoice, enter the return reason. Please note: you must first contact or Customer Service department

Secure credit card payment via DIBS, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club.

Klarna

General
Through a partnership with Klarna we can offer you the ability to split your payment. There are several options to choose from and you choose the most suitable. Of course, you can at any time during the payment period pay the entire outstanding debt. You can have from 20 € up to 3000 € on your installment account. Any purchase you make through Klarna services are compiled on a monthly invoice.

Easy and simple
You make your application for part payment in connection with your purchase. At the checkout choose your payment option "Partial payment - Klarna" and the type of payment preferred. You will receive notification if your application is granted and we can handle your order promptly. Should your application not be granted, you can go back to the cashier and choose an alternate payment method.

Partial payment options

Basic conditions Pay at least 9 € / month or 1 / 24 of the total. No arrangement fee. Administration fee: 3.95 € (Same fee regardless of the number of transfers). Annual interest 22%. Basic conditions for purchases from 20 € and higher.

Campaign Terms

3 months with 0% interest rate, set-up fee 9.90 €
6 months with 0% interest rate, set-up fee 19 €
12 months with 0% interest rate, set-up fee 29 €
24 months with 14.95% interest rate, set-up fee 29 €
36 months with 14.95% interest rate, set-up fee 29 €

Camp fee is about 3.95 € / month.

Campaign Conditions for purchase from 100 € and higher.

Note: Effective interest rate on the purchase of 1000 € with 0 € set up fee, interest for 12 months is 22%. Your application will lead to the usual credit checks, which means that Klarna obtain a credit report.

Invoice

We offer in cooperation with Klarna billing to private individuals, with payment terms of 14 days. The invoice comes with the package and you pay to Bank Giro or PlusGiro. Delivery against invoice is being made solely to the registered address. Your credit line is floating and is calculated before the purchase is completed. The maximum credit limit allowed is 3000 € for individuals. Simplified credit check without a courtesy copy is made.

In the selection of invoice payment for an additional charge of 3.53 € including VAT will incur.

If payment is late payment fee of 5 €, and penalty interest of 11,5% per month + applicable reference rate. For questions regarding late payment fee / interest, contact Klarna.

Dispute

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled by Swedish courts
